Part Time Teller Position
We currently have Part-Time Teller positions available at our East Branch location. Working hours could vary Monday through Friday and Saturdays. Applicants should have a pleasant customer service attitude & skills. Accuracy is very important. Prior cash handling & teller experience desired. Bilingual in Spanish is also helpful.
Position is approximately 25 hours per week.

FT Experienced Loan Processor
Our goal is to create a first class real estate experience for all customers. We are seeking a FT experienced loan processor who is passionate about helping us reach our objectives and supporting the entire Loan Operations team. The ideal candidate will have the natural ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction. Excellent communication, impeccable attention to detail and customer service skills are required. We are seeking someone who adheres to the highest ethical standards, possesses and exhibits an exceptional professional manner.
Daily Responsibilities
- Process all loan types, including Mortgage, Commercial, Consumer, Business, and SBA
- Once file is originated and underwritten, gather and order required documentation such as title, flood determinations, appraisal, verifications, payoffs and all other necessary paperwork
- Work closely with Lenders, regularly communicating to verify and confirm accurate information regarding each loan Communicate with customer and third parties such as title companies, insurance agents, and brokers to coordinate closing, ensure all information is provided and gathered in a timely manner
- Ability to read and understand appraisals, title commitments, credit reports, AUS findings Input loan information into the loan software, preparing all closing documents and creating the final closing package
- Ensuring that all loan documentation is accurate, complete and follows company and regulation policies for each type of loan
- Enter or revise information in the AUS to finalize information and guarantee approval Utilize other websites such as MGIC, Uniform Collateral Data Portal, Loan Advisor to produce other required documents
- Understanding of TRID laws and accurately applying procedures in a timely and accurate manner
- Regularly monitor closing calendar to ensure integrity of schedule
- Assist with recording of documents for electronic recording
- Assist with the processing of construction draws
- Participate in required training to increase knowledge and stay up-to-date on changing laws ensuring compliance with all regulatory and investor requirements
- Regularly answer phone calls to the department to assist customers or other parties with questions

Real Estate Department Loan Support Job Summary (FT)

Responsibilities
- Track and disperse Home Owners insurance premiums from customer’s escrow accounts,
- Scanning, maintaining and filing of proof of insurance
- Organize all Real Estate loans post-closing to prepare for scanning
- Scanning and filing all documentation of Real Estate loan files
- Communicate with insurance agents to ensure all information is provided and gathered in a timely manner
- Ability to read and understand appraisals, title commitments, credit reports
- Ensuring that all loan documentation is accurate, complete and follows company and regulation policies for each type of loan
- Participate in required training to increase knowledge and stay up-to-date on changing laws ensuring compliance with all regulatory and investor requirements

Qualifications

Loan Compliance Internal Auditor (FT)
We are seeking an internal Loan Compliance Auditor. The ideal candidate will ensure that the bank maintains a sound portfolio with respect to compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Our internal compliance auditor reviews and monitors all of our lending policies and procedures. This includes consumer, residential, SBA and commercial loan requests. Robust knowledge of lending and operational banking functions and associated federal laws and regulations, especially CRA, Fair lending, FCRA, Flood, HMDA, RESPA, TRID, Reg Z and UDAAP laws is required. The auditor reviews all the loan documents for accuracy and compliance and provides advice and guidance to all our loan officers engaged in the loan process. The ideal candidate must have the ability to organize and prioritize daily tasks with minimal direction. - Post-closing quality control
- Ensure timely accurate and compliant completion of HMDA reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Ensure denial letters are properly filled out and sent in a timely manner
- Take the lead on assigned special projects and exams. Seek efficient solutions and take initiative
- Stay up to date on new, amended and existing federal and state laws and regulations
- Analyze new, amended and existing federal and state law, regulations, and guidance and determine applicability to organization
- Monitor and assess impact of legislative developments, industry trends, and new/changing regulatory trends and requirements and provide relevant training to applicable staff
- Continually assess and monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of our current compliance processes and controls and make recommendations to staff
Qualifications
